Hello, my name is Melissa Docteur, and I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I earned my Master’s in Nursing from Hunter College, City University of New York, and I hold a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Albany, where I double majored in human biology and communications. My approach is to provide therapeutic and holistic care, incorporating medication management when necessary. As a PMHNP, my goal is to create a welcoming and safe space for patients to freely express themselves, allowing for effective and personalized treatment.
