Description
Natacha’s journey into the profession began in 2009, when she earned a bachelor’s in nursing with a minor in psychology from Molloy University. Upon graduating she served her community working as a Registered Nurse in home health care, hospital, and specialized clinic services. After realizing that she wanted to be a voice of change and do more for her patients, she returned to her studies and earned her master’s degree in leadership and management in 2014. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she noticed a rise in mental health issues, so she decided to go back to Molloy University for her Post Masters Certificate in Psychiatry. She has accumulated nearly fifteen years of nursing experience and education in various areas of patient care, medically and psychiatrically, and has contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at her alma mater Molloy University and Nassau Community College. Natacha has a unique combination of strong nursing skills, dedication, and empathy all while providing quality person centered client care. Her goals in practice are to treat everyone with respect and fairness regardless of their religion, gender, race, or economic status. Her true desire is to provide a positive holistic healing experience and assist individuals on their path to inner peace and optimal mental wellness
