I am Jamaican-born and dual-board-certified in Family Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health Care. I earned my FNP at Florida Atlantic University with honors. Recognizing the growing need for mental health providers and driven by my passion for mental health—especially given my personal experience with mental health challenges in my own family—I decided to further my education in this field. I completed a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing at Walden University. Currently, I work as a primary care and urgent care provider, treating chronic conditions and common mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, insomnia, and ADHD. Additionally, I bring 16 years of experience working in the emergency room environment.
