Troy Saintable, PMHNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to compassionate, client-centered care. Raised in a family of nurses in Miami, FL, he developed a deep appreciation for healthcare’s impact early on. Initially considering a career as a physician, he discovered his true passion in mental health, where he could blend medical expertise with a holistic approach. Troy earned his Associate’s degree from Broward College – A. Hugh Adams Central Campus, his BSN from Florida International University, and his Master’s in Nursing from Walden University, becoming ANCC board-certified. His nursing experience showed him the profound effects of mental health challenges, reinforcing his belief in the power of empathy, active listening, and personalized care. Known for his non-judgmental, patient-centered approach, Troy creates a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard and respected. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supportive therapy, and motivational interviewing, he tailors evidence-based treatments to each individual. He also emphasizes holistic wellness, encouraging good sleep hygiene, nutrition, and physical activity. Beyond his work, Troy loves traveling, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new cuisines as a self-proclaimed foodie. Faith plays a vital role in his life, and he finds strength and connection in attending church. His mission is to help clients build resilience, navigate challenges, and achieve lasting well-being
