Dr. Lessow specializes in nasal and sinus disease as well as treating all general ear, nose, and throat problems. She performs in-office balloon sinuplasty, nasal, sinus, and upper airway surgery for chronic sinusitis, nasal obstruction, snoring, and sleep apnea. Together with her physician assistant, Rian Rosen, PA-C, they provide comprehensive ENT care including hearing testing, in-office CT scanning, allergy testing and immunotherapy, and surgical consultations. Dr. Lessow earned her Doctor of Medicine from Cornell University. She completed an internship in General Surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital and a residency in Otolaryngology at New York University Medical Center.

\Dr. Lessow’s ENT-trained physician assistant, Rian Rosen PA-C, works closely with her and independently to evaluate and treat all general ENT issues. Rian also runs the Allergy Department, providing environmental allergy testing and treatment, including sublingual and subcutaneous immunotherapy.

Dr. Lessow and Rian are both strong proponents of taking the time to educate their patients on their symptoms; they believe that patients’ understanding of their medical problems is just as vital to their wellness as the medical and surgical treatments they provide.
