Dr. Duane Taylor, MD

Duane J. Taylor M.D. is the Medical Director of Le Visage ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery, LLC. Dr. Taylor is board certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.Dr. Taylor has over 30 years of experience in clinical practice in the metropolitan Washington area and most recently 2019-2020 served as the President of the 12,000 member American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery(AAO-HNS), the largest organization of the specialty in the world. Dr. Taylor has been recognized by Washingtonian Magazine as a Top Doctor,by the American Red Cross , “Real Hero Award ” , Kaiser Permanente the Art of Medicine Award ,Maryland General Assembly the Montgomery County Community Service Award and is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He has been involved in numerous activities and organizations related to community service(Montgomery County Health Commission, the Montgomery Cares Advisory Board), medical education (training of residents and medical students from Georgetown and George Washington University)and organized medicine(President of the Montgomery County Medical Society, Boards of Medical Society of DC ,Mid Atlantic Permanente Medical Group , Medico-Chirurgical Society of DC, and as Region 2 Chair of NMA ) . Dr. Taylor has given medical presentations around the country and internationally, and he has been a contributing editor and author of two books. He has traveled extensively throughout the world including humanitarian missions and also speaks French and Spanish.
