This Practice is an in-person PRIMARYCARE PRACTICE, not a subspecialty office, but we can see you and direct you to a subspecialist if needed. We do not provide virtual appointments.

Patients scheduling physicals need to call the office for a lab requisition and MUST do blood work before the physical appointment. Lab results take about 5 days to come to our office.

Zachary Leone is a Physician Assistant at Kurker Family Medicine and Pediatrics. Zachary received a Bachelor of Science from Springfield College and thereafter graduated from Springfield College from the Master’s Physician Assistant program. Zachary is nationally certified and licensed in Connecticut. Zachary enjoys hiking and cooking.
